- Mix round kettle
Decide the kettle's shape, demension accordings to production scale and material character. We will choice the vertical drum kettle if there have no specical request, in the mean time we confirm the high-radius rate. If there have heat need to dispel, the kettle should be jacket.
- Mixing shaft
The mixing shaft should have enough torque and contortion strongth. Normally the mix shaft should have enough strongth and the rotate speed should avoid fall in 800～1200r/min, otherwise the mixing shaft should have rather contortion capability.
- Shaft seal
If there no permit of too much liqud leak out, when the pressure within the kettle is too low, we could choice material filling seal. When there permit of some liquid, and there have vacuum, we should choice machinery seal. When the material is tonix, easy fire or easy explosive, and operate in vacuum circumstance, we should choice magnetic seal, but the transimission efficiency is low in this way.
- Inverter
Satisfy the needing of power and rotate speed, reliable rotate capability, convenient maintain,high machinery efficiency, low noice.
- Machine house
The mixing shaft should have enough support span so that mix pendulum is within a limit, which ensure the inverter output shaft and the mix shaft connect well.
- Mixer inner spare parts
We decide if there should have protect-board and inner-cooling tube subject to the shape of mixer and the capability of the material.
