Horizontal mixer’s operating procedures

 

　　Horizontal mixer is widely accepted by consumers with its stable performance and reliable operation. It has become more and more popular among consumers all over the world.

　　1. The horizontal mixer can be put into production while no exceptional noises or any other bad situation occurs during vacant test drive.

　　2. Before using the horizontal mixer, the test drive of mixer with no materials should be done. User should check up carefully with the fastening between all the parts’ connection of the horizontal mixer, the lubricating oils’ quantity and the completeness of electrical equipment before the test drive. User should close the general switch, connect the mixer to electricity, thus to set it into the test drive with no materials.

　　3. While the horizontal mixer is running, user should use tool of bamboo or wood to get rid of materials on slot wall of the mixer instead of using hands whenever it is needed, in avoid of hand hurting accidents.

　　4. Horizontal mixer cannot be overloading, the loading is generally tested by motor’s specification. User should decrease the quantity mingled immediately once the overloading is found.

　　5. Whenever the abnormal shaking or noises occurs while using the horizontal mixer, user should switch off the power to make a comprehensive and specific inspection on the mixer.

　　6. New tyres usually fasten, aperiodic inspections need to be taken. Users also need to check other parts’ working status.
