　　The maintenance of horizontal mixer is need to be inspected routinely for preventing the problem from happening thus to affect its working speed.

　　1. Key parts and positions need to be filled up within lubricated oil, e.g. the rotating bearing, all the gears and other important parts etc., thus to prolong its using life, improve its running efficiency and to maintain its perfect status of non-leaking seal.

　　2. While new horizontal mixer is being installed, the loosing problem is need to be checked up usually, to ensure every part is in excellent working condition.

　　3. Operator should often check up with parts’ wearing and tearing, in case that any accident occurs for the bad parts.

　　4. When the bearing’s oil temperature gets too high during mixer’s working, operator should stop the mixer immediately for inspection.

　　Whenever colliding happens, users should terminate the machine’s running immediately and get rid of the problem.
